His father, Abdullah, passed away before he was born, and his mother, Aminah, passed away when he was only six years old. Childhood:

Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was known for his honesty and truthfulness from a young age. He would often accompany his mother to visit her relatives in Yathrib (now known as Medina) and would assist her during her travels. When Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was around 12 years old, he accompanied his uncle on a trade journey to Syria. On this journey, he met a Christian monk named Bahira, who recognized his prophetic qualities and told Abu Talib to take good care of him. This encounter left a lasting impression on the young Muhammad (SAW), and he began to contemplate the purpose of life and the existence of a higher power.

During his adolescence, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) would often retreat to a cave on Mount Hira to contemplate and meditate. It was during one of these retreats that he received his first revelation from Allah, through the Angel Jibril (Gabriel), at the age of 40. This marked the beginning of his prophethood and the start of the Islamic faith.
